About HomBom Toys
HomBom Toys runs a ten-line plush shelf from 1470 1st Avenue, small enough that each of the ten was handled before it was ordered.
Four groups account for all of it: stuffed animals, sensory and activity plush, weighted and comfort plush, and the small party favour and fidget packs. A fill or a size nobody at the counter has held does not get onto the shelf.
The shop is open daily from eleven until five, which is when the ten can be picked up and compared against one another rather than against a photograph.

Questions about the plush
- How long will my order take?
- HomBom Toys packs an order within 1–2 business days and the carrier takes 3–7 more, so most parcels land 4–9 business days after ordering, with the tracking number emailed as the label scans.
- How much is shipping?
- Orders of $39.00 or more ship free inside the United States; under that, HomBom Toys charges a flat $5.99.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- HomBom Toys ships to United States addresses only at present.
- Can I collect my order from the shop?
- Orders placed on this site are shipped by HomBom Toys rather than held at the counter, so to buy in person come to 1470 1st Ave, New York, NY 10075, United States during daily: 11:00–17:00.
- What can I pay with?
- HomBom Toys takes card payments at checkout, alongside Afterpay, Klarna and WeChat Pay, on a form that belongs to the payment provider rather than to this website.
- Can I return something?
- Yes, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery — and where HomBom Toys made the mistake, the return postage is ours. The HomBom Toys conditions are set out in full on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

- HomBom Toys issues the refund within 5-7 business days of the return arriving, and your bank usually adds a day or two on top.
- Can I cancel an order?
- Yes, provided HomBom Toys has not picked the order yet, which in practice means within about twelve hours on a business day; after that it becomes a return.
- Is my payment secure?
- HomBom Toys never receives a full card number: payment is taken on the provider’s own PCI DSS compliant form.
